Ever seen a Little Library in which people can take a book or leave a book? They serve as a fun way to share knowledge, spread joy, and build community.
Well, the premise is quite similar with Seedbox. However, instead of books - we are sharing native seeds and information! Anyone is able to participate in this seed sharing process. The goal is to establish Seedboxes throughout the St. Louis area to encourage folks to get out and plant some natives, harvest the seeds, and share them with their fellow gardeners.

Greenscape now has our very own Seedbox in our natives greenhouse - built by master craftsman George who is part of the team here.
He will explain how to build your very own Seedbox with a simple, easy-to-follow construction plan. You can ask questions about his process as he share tips and tricks on how to build your own and guides you through the process.
In addition, we will have an expert share information on how to properly harvest and process seeds from native plants. They will provide helpful tips and information on the techniques to implement when you want to share your natives with others!
This event is free & open to the public. No registration necessary. Class meets in the annual greenhouse at 10:00am.
