  • Start a compost pile

  • Convert over to a natural or organic lawn care program
  • Plant a deciduous tree on the southwest side of the property
  • Collect rainwater for the garden
  • Introduce backyard chickens to the garden
  • Get the kids involved in the garden (miniature gardening/veggies/trains/fairies)
  • Incorporate the hottest color trend into the garden… the Pantone Color of the Year 2012 is Atomic Tangerine…bright colors are in!
  • Attract something to the garden (not deer and rabbits)!  How ‘bout hummingbirds, butterflies, bees, birds…

Meet Jack!

The Humane Society and Stray Rescue have wonderful pets waiting to find a new home!  We were lucky to adopt Jack from the Humane Society, he's made a great addition to the Greenscape team!
